Pending/Incomplete Weekly Certification

STATUS
- Scheduled for Processing –
The week is certified and complete and will be processed overnight.
- Locked – Self-Service – The
week has been certified, however, a potential issue was detected (i.e.
Adverse response on weekly certification, missed appointment, etc.). The claimant must contact MDES to
resolve the matter and complete the weekly certification.
- Incomplete – The claimant
attempted to file but did not complete or certify the week. The possible
reasons for “Incomplete” are:
- IVR
did not return responses to ACCESS (system error)
- System/Call
disconnected
- IVR
hang-up
- Closing
the browser before completion
- Break in Weeks – A break in
weekly certification filing has been detected. Claimant must Reopen the
claim, or file an Additional Initial Claim to reactive the claim.
